Hi!

I first became interested in the instructional design field after talking to a colleague who had made a career switch. They knew I love tasks that required attention to detail and organization, and that I have a knack for coordinating people and projects. I did a little bit of research about the field and it seemed like a great fit!

I am versed in current adult learning theory like ADDIE and SAM models, and I enjoy using and learning new tricks with the industry standard programs used. I am a driven individual that is persistent in pursuing my goals. My projects have ranged from small business to large organizations working with 280,000 people. I'd love to see how my skill set and your mission/vision can work together!

I am a lifelong learner, creative soul, and avid baker. I love to read, and love collecting books.  My husband and I are blessed to have a wonderful daughter and we have a cat and a dog. I am a Southern California native who is passionate about creating. Creating art, music, and most importantly creating connections.
